Our Pure Veggie Stock will enhance your home cooking, taking any vegetarian or vegan recipe to the next level of flavour and freshness. If you want to make an easy vegetable broth recipe use our veggie stock as a base for a healthy meal in minutes. It also works great for asparagus & mushroom risotto, veggie paella, or pasta primavera, bringing the flavours of the ingredients to the fore.

We make our vegetable stock using fresh, hand-picked produce from our local farmshop, delivering a pure delicate vegetable essence while supporting our local community.
Freshly Frozen
Each batch of stock is made in small batches, packaged and frozen immediately. This retains its freshness and ensures its pure and natural, preservative-free quality.
*Use from frozen - simply defrost gently in a pan or in the microwave. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not re-freeze.
No added salt
We don't add any salt to our stocks – allowing you to season to your personal taste and suiting low-sodium diets.
Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free
The Pure Stock range is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free and is perfect if you are following a healthy diet or you care about what you feed your body. Also vegan-friendly for plant-based diets.
Traditional Artisanal Method
Made in small batches, using traditional techniques with no artificial additives. Our classic approach and slow simmering method ensures an authentic depth of flavour and quality. The vegetables are gently simmered and allowed to steep for 24 hours, drawing out their pure essence and full flavour. This results in a fresh vegetable stock that enhances any vegetarian dish, providing a natural, wholesome base for your cooking.
