Shipping policy

We send out all our freshly frozen stocks and DOG ICE treats on a next day service with DPD so you can pop them straight into your freezer when you receive them.

Orders received Sunday to midnight on Wednesday are collected by DPD the following day and delivered to you on a next day service. Orders received Thursday to Saturday are collected on Monday and delivered to you on a next day service.

Delivery is free on all orders of 12 stocks or more. Otherwise it is £5.95 and minimum order is 6 stocks. You can choose any combination you like. DOG ICE treats come in set packs of 12 (various combinations) and the price includes your delivery. 

We deliver to most of mainland Britain, but cannot deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland. If you are in Scotland and unsure, please contact us with your postcode and we can check for you.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days. We will notify you once we have booked your delivery and send you your tracking number. You will also receive a notification from DPD once they have collected your parcel and logged it on their system. 

Delivery Requirements

As our products are frozen, we would advise someone to be available to receive the delivery. However, if you are happy for it to be left in a safe place your are welcome to request that. We pack them in Woolcool boxes with ice packs so they should remain frozen until the end of the day.
