Beef stock, made the classic way
Our Pure Beef Stock adds natural depth of flavour to home-cooked meals without the nasty additives found in stock cubes. Perfect for casseroles, cottage pies, Boeuf bourguignon or as a base for Asian dishes like Beef Pho, it makes healthy cooking simple. Enjoy it as a warming beef broth drink too. With 3.7g of collagen per 100ml, it's not just delicious—it also supports gut health naturally.
Made with Provenance
Our pure beef stock is made using grass-fed beef bones from local butchers and farms in Devon. With full traceability to their source, allowing us to track the bones used in each batch back to the farm and the breed.
Freshly Frozen
Each batch of stock is made in small batches, packaged and frozen immediately. This retains its freshness and ensures its pure and natural, preservative-free quality.
*Use from frozen - simply defrost gently in a pan or in the microwave. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not re-freeze.
No added salt
We don't add any salt to our stocks – allowing you to season to your personal taste and suiting low-sodium diets.
Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free
The Pure Stock range is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free and is perfect if you are following a healthy diet or you care about what you feed your body.
Traditional Artisanal Method
Made in small batches, using traditional techniques with no artificial additives. Our classic approach and slow simmering method ensures an authentic depth of flavour and quality. The bones are roasted first to create a rich dark colour and then simmered gently with the aromats for 8hrs. This process draws out natural collagen—great for gut health—and gives the stock its gelatinous consistency, adding a beautiful, natural viscosity to any dish.
Ingredients: Spring Water, Grass-fed Beef Bones, Pig's Trotter, Onion, Leek, Carrot, Tomato puree, Bay Leaf, Thyme, Peppercorns

I made gravy with this stock for some visiting family, tasted amazing and they said it was like a gravy from a fancy restaurant.
I tried it once I reduced it, but added nothing and it had a great depth of flavour!

we first opened all where adequate none were great, after talking to other pubs the pure stock company kept coming up in conversation, we decided to give them a try, from the first online order to all other interactions its been so easy and if there are any queries they actually have mobile numbers to ring that
get answered or leave a message and they do get back to you quickly, with all the chaos in hospitality this company has focused on customer service and quality products, a company where you actually get to speak to the guy who is making the stocks ! !
now for he stocks, the depth of flavour is far richer and intense then any other stock we have purchased be it from fish suppliers in the south west or beef suppliers in North Yorkshire, none have matched the produce that the pure stock company supply. credit where its due. Bravo.
Can only give 4* at the moment as we haven’t used yet. Using tomorrow in a carrot & butternut soup. I ordered these as my husband & I are on a 21day cleanse where one of the many things can’t consume is salt & these stocks fit the bill perfectly as they have no additional additives
