Our Pure Shellfish Stock will enrich your home cooking, taking any shellfish recipe to the next level. This delicate shellfish stock creates a wonderful shellfish broth, crab bisque, prawn linguine, and seafood risotto. It complements white fish such as brill, turbot, monkfish, or John Dory and will improve any shellfish-based recipe, providing the perfect base for any seafood sauce, bouillabaisse or seafood chowder.

We make our shellfish stock with crab shells sourced from our local southwest waters and landed at Brixham, ensuring the freshest ingredients and supporting local fishing communities.
Freshly Frozen
Each batch of stock is made in small batches, packaged and frozen immediately. This retains its freshness and ensures its pure and natural, preservative-free quality.
*Use from frozen - simply defrost gently in a pan or in the microwave. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not re-freeze.
No added salt
We don't add any salt to our stocks – allowing you to season to your personal taste and suiting low-sodium diets.
Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free
The Pure Stock range is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free and is perfect if you are following a healthy diet or you care about what you feed your body.
Traditional Artisanal Method
Made in small batches, using traditional techniques with no artificial additives. Our classic approach and slow simmering method ensures an authentic depth of flavour and quality. A carefully selected blend of aromats builds layers of pure flavour, while crab shells are gently crushed to extract every bit of richness—resulting in a bold, beautifully balanced shellfish stock.
Ingredients: Spring Water, Shellfish (Crab shells), Onion, Leek, Carrot, Garlic, Tomato Puree, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Peppercorns
Please note our new supplier of crab shells also prepares lobster, so our shellfish stock may currently be made with lobster as well as crab shells.
