Our Pure Game Stock will enrich your home cooked meals, taking flavours to the next level for a fine-dining experience in your own home. Ideal for game braises, venison stews, pheasant casseroles, and deep, flavourful sauces, it adds a well-rounded finish to your favourite game recipes. This special stock is only available during the Game Season – perfect for you to enjoy during the colder months.

We make our Game Stock during the traditional game season (October to February) using naturally reared, furred and feathered game bones & carcases, sourced from a local game dealer in Devon.

Freshly Frozen

Each batch of stock is made in small batches, packaged and frozen immediately. This retains its freshness and ensures its pure and natural, preservative-free quality.
*Use from frozen - simply defrost gently in a pan or in the microwave. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not re-freeze.

No added salt

We don't add any salt to our stocks – allowing you to season to your personal taste and suiting low-sodium diets.

Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free

The Pure Stock range is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free and is perfect if you are following a healthy diet or you care about what you feed your body.

Traditional Artisanal Method

Made in small batches, using traditional techniques with no artificial additives. Our classic approach and slow simmering method ensures an authentic depth of flavour and quality. The bones & carcasses are carefully roasted to enhance their rich, savoury notes, then gently simmered with aromats for 4–6 hours. The result is a clean, flavourful stock that adds warmth and richness to any home-cooked dish.

Ingredients: Spring Water, Mixed Game Bones & Frames, Onion, Leek, Carrot, Tomato Puree, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Parsley, Peppercorns

Naturally gluten-free. Available during game season only (October - February).
