Fish stock, made the classic way
Our Pure Fish Stock will enhance your home cooking, taking fish dishes to the next level of flavour with the minimum of fuss. If you want to make an easy fish broth recipe use our fish stock as a base for a delicious healthy meal in minutes. Works particularly well in French bouillabaisse, smoked haddock chowder, seafood paella, fish pie and salmon or fish risotto, bringing fish flavours to the fore.

Our fish frames are sourced from southwest waters and are landed at Brixham in Devon, we only use fish frames from white fish such as monkfish, bass, plaice and other flat fish.
Freshly Frozen
Each batch of stock is made in small batches, packaged and frozen immediately. This retains its freshness and ensures its pure and natural, preservative-free quality.
*Use from frozen - simply defrost gently in a pan or in the microwave. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not re-freeze.
No added salt
We don't add any salt to our stocks – allowing you to season to your personal taste and suiting low-sodium diets.
Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free
The Pure Stock range is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free and is perfect if you are following a healthy diet or you care about what you feed your body.
Traditional Artisanal Method
Made in small batches, using traditional techniques with no artificial additives. Our classic approach and slow simmering method ensures an authentic depth of flavour and quality. The frames are simmered gently with vegetables and aromats to create a delicate fresh stock with natural viscosity, great for creating refined sauces and broths.
