Chicken stock, made the classic way
Our Pure Chicken Stock adds a natural depth of flavour to home-cooked meals without any nasty additives. Perfect for casseroles, Chicken Chasseur, Coq au Vin, or as a base for classic British roasts and French dishes. It's wonderfully versatile—use it to make an easy chicken soup or comforting broth in minutes. With 1.6g of collagen per 100ml, it's great for your gut health too—pure, wholesome, and full of flavour.
Made with Provenance
Our free-range chicken carcasses are sourced from local farms in Devon & Somerset who adhere to the highest welfare standards with full traceability, allowing us to track each batch back to the farm and the breed.
Freshly Frozen
Each batch of stock is made in small batches, packaged and frozen immediately. This retains its freshness and ensures its pure and natural, preservative-free quality.
*Use from frozen - simply defrost gently in a pan or in the microwave. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not re-freeze.
No added salt
We don't add any salt to our stocks – allowing you to season to your personal taste and suiting low-sodium diets.
Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free
The Pure Stock range is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free and is perfect if you are following a healthy diet or you care about what you feed your body.
Traditional Artisanal Method
Made in small batches, using traditional techniques with no artificial additives. Our classic approach and slow simmering method ensures an authentic depth of flavour and quality. Carcasses are lightly roasted for a richer colour, then gently simmered with chicken necks and aromats for 6 hours to draw out the nutrients and collagen. This natural gelatin isn't just good for your health—it also gives your sauces a lovely viscosity.
Ingredients: Spring Water, Free-Range Chicken Carcasses, Onion, Leek, Carrot, Bay Leaf, Thyme, Peppercorns

Only tried the fish stock so far. It was good, although a tad ‘watery’. Pleased no salt or other nasties. It will be some time before I use the others as they do not fit into my menu schedule for a while
Thank you for your feedback. The fish stock is a lighter stock, but it should still have a degree of viscocity to it. This can vary depending on the fish frames available from our local fishmonger on the day. We will certainly look into it though to ensure we maintain the correct level across future batches :)
Tried pure beef stock in a stew i made fantastic flavour much better than stock cubes. Will be using pure beef stock from now on .
That's great news! Yes you certainly get true depth of flavour with real stock, unfortunatley stock cubes just use salt to give a flavour that's superficial. Thanks for sharing :)
Hi,I have recently bought your beef ,chicken and fish stock,
I have used all three in various recipes, all I can say is how fantastic are they?
They made an enormous difference to what I made, far better by a mile to other commercial products!
I will definitley purchase more.
Thank You
That's really kind of you to say! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of using our Pure Stocks - it means a lot to hear this as a small producer. We look forward to sending you more in the future :)
beautiful made efficiently delivered
Thank you! Glad to hear you had a good experience with your delivery too. We'll let our courier know :)
Hang on there Phil, I haven’t had a chance to try all the different stocks I bought. But if it’s anything like the previous batch of veggie stock then it’ll be wonderful. I use vegetarian stock the most, but have been trying the shellfish and fish stocks during the last couple of weeks. They are the secret ingredient to a wonderful dish and I love them.
Thats' great to hear! Thanks for taking the time to let us know what you think of our stocks :)
