Pure Shellfish Stock - This is a delicate stock that will complement a beautiful piece of white fish eg. brill, turbot, monkfish, John Dory. Also ideal for a crab bisque, fish stew or try it in a shellfish linguine.

Water, Shellfish (Crab shells), Onion, Leek, Carrot, Garlic, Tomato Puree, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Peppercorns.
(Please note our new supplier of crab shells also prepares lobster, so our shellfish stock may, currently be made with lobster as well as crab shells.)
All our stocks are packaged and frozen immediately. This gives it a decent shelf-life without the need to add any preservatives and ensures our stock remains pure and authentic.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. You can use it from frozen - simply defrost gently in a pan or in the microwave.
Do not re-freeze.
